  1. GT350 & GT350R Parts Discussion

CJ Pony parts does not. In fact if you search for "FR3Z-10849-E" on their site it will come up as empty. Don't confuse it with a different part number FR3Z-10849-G.
  2. BMR SUSPENSION'S S550 Lowering Springs: STANCE PICS!

Agreed. And the front spoiler still clears the curbs when parking. Thank you BMR!
  3. BMR SUSPENSION'S S550 Lowering Springs: STANCE PICS!

As promised here's the SP089/SP082 combo. Please note that I'm running same diameter/rev-per-mile tires front and back - 255/45R19 and 285/40R19 respectively
  4. Android Auto

Too many hardware changes. There is a reason why 2017 is Sync3 version 2.0 and 2016 is Sync3 version 1.0
  5. Ford Racing Tune - Ever going to happen?

Sounds right to me. It simply extends the flat portion of the torque curve into higher RPMs thus increasing HP.
  6. Different tires on PP wheels?

But you will need spacers. The rear PP 9.5" wheel will rub upfront otherwise.
  7. Different tires on PP wheels?

I went with same diameter/rev per mile front & back: 255/45/R19 front 285/40/R19 rear. If you go with PSS tires in this setup, get the porsche N0 spec instead of regular spec tires. Those have same dimensions but wider thread/contact patch.

  9. BMR's "CB005" S550 IRS Cradle Bushing Lockout Kit - PICS & INFO!

Agreed. The original design of the rear suspension has toe changes during cornering that are aggravated by the subframe shifts (read the official doc about the suspension design from Ford - I posted it a while back in this forum). There is a reason why FR track pack swaps both ends of the toe...
  10. Ford Racing Track Package CLUNK sound

For most people clocking the bushings fixed any sort of clunking. See #2 in my post above.
  11. List of Music Apps that work with Sync 3

There are other apps. I did a review of one a while back on this forum: http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showthread.php?t=57388&highlight=miroamer The most extensive list is here: http://www.ford.co.uk/OwnerServices/SYNC-and-Bluetooth-Support/SYNC-App-Link-Catalogue#/
  12. Steeda's S550 Rear Lower Control Arm Spherical Bearings - Now Available!

Why do you worry so much about taking off the lower control arm? You do that anyway when you replace the rear springs for example and a lot of people did that themselves.
  13. Steeda's S550 Rear Lower Control Arm Spherical Bearings - Now Available!

In theory yes, in practice YMMV. For example in my case one of the bushings pressed out OK with the portable tool. The other destroyed that said tool and a small press as well. A 50 ton press had to be used and so there was no way to do that on the car itself.
  14. Stop the Hop in a Convertible?

I already have BMR-BK055 and I need to find time to put those on. Once I do, I'll report back on this thread if that has finally eliminated the last remnants of wheel hop. :) http://www.mustang6g.com/forums/showpost.php?p=1137959&postcount=73
  15. Stop the Hop in a Convertible?

I have not eliminated it but I've greatly reduced it by using the BMR cradle bushing lockout kit without the braces and Steeda diff bushing red inserts. When it comes to BMR lockout kit you do have a choice to use the complete kit and remove the OEM braces or use the OEM braces skipping the...
  16. 18" Wheel Options

    Any of those hubcentric?
  17. Car drives straight, pulls to the right with acceleration?

Not strange at all. Imagine for example that one of the rear LCA bushings is twisted and the other one isn't under load. Since the alignment is fine at rest your car goes straight at static speeds. However as you accelerate the weight of the car begins to transfer backwards and the suspension...
  18. BMR SUSPENSION'S S550 Lowering Springs: STANCE PICS!

SP089 front, stock PP rear. SP082 will be installed and a new picture posted in a few weeks.
  19. Car drives straight, pulls to the right with acceleration?

If clocking the bushings doesn't work the next step to address is bumpsteer i.e. toe changes under weight transfers.
