Call the 800 number from the contact link on cotus. I was in the same boat (kinda) as you. I called 800# and within three hours cotus updated to show that I was actually in transit. New ETA is 11-26.
I called the 800 number listed on COTUS and spoke to a very nice helpful person who couldn't figure out why my car was just sitting there. This afternoon I checked COTUS and guess what? In transit with an EDD of 11-23!! Woohoo!
