So the worst case scenario happened. I have a knock on my 2019 GT. It's not official, but it's obvious. My car sounds like a diesel engine right now. It came out of no where too. I drove and got gas. Did a partial pull leaving the gas station. Accelerated aggressively through 2nd and halfway...
Well... I clearly said I regret not checking it. I got lazy with this car because I bought it new and didn't do anything aftermarket for two years so figured why not take it to the dealership for their free oil changes and save $100. Previously the only time I ever took a car to the dealership...
Well duh. I always changed my cars oil in the past. This is literally the only time I've ever had dealerships do my oil change because it's the first brand new car I've ever owned. I've had 5 cars before this that all had oil catch cans so I would check the oil when I drained those. I just got...
So my car currently has 17k miles. When I first got it I noticed the car was leaking oil. I'm not sure how long this was going on because I would have never expected a brand new car to be leaking oil. It turns out from the factory the oil filter wasn't on tight enough and the oil was leaking...
I drive in track mode 99.9% of the time lol. What exactly is the difference between track mode and drag mode? I have a manual, it seems as though the modes are a little different between manual and A10.
Here goes my dyno sheet with pretty much the exact mods. I believe HP numbers are dependant on E85 concentration. I believe my gas station was still on the winter blend at the time as well. In total I spent $3800 on the headers, tune, intake, and installation. Top number is E85R tune, middle is...
Yes I am manual. Thats exactly what happens. Before E85 I would usually get into first with barely any gas. Now if I try that, my rpms start going crazy.
So I've been running 100% e85 for about two months. Everytime I've tested it the fuel came back around 75-80% e85. I'm also tuned with lund and actually already emailed them but still waiting on a response I'm sure they're going to want logs.
But I've noticed at low rams, especially when cold...
Yea man, my ocd is killing me. I feel like I lost 200hp with my crooked tips lol. I was also thinking about getting better exhaust clamps for the midpipe. Maybe they are flexing too much under stress and causing it to move.
I have stainless works longtubes, Ford performance resonator delete, and stock active mufflers. I was able to get them aligned to the picture on the ramps. But after driving, they seemed to have slumped back down a bit. Not as extreme as the before picture. I know most people probably wont even...
Just got my car back. Got Stainless works high flow headers, JLT Intake, and Lund 93 and E85R tune. It put down 411 whp stock, 444 whp with 93, and 465 with E85. They couldnt get accurate torque numbers. It was done on a dynojet.
Just looking if anyone has any experience with them. Looking to buy an SCT tuner and they are running a special on American Muscle with three custom tunes. I previously had a lund tune on an old mustang, but they don't appear to be offering any combo deals at this time. Anyone have any...
Bought my brand new 2019 PP1 in July. So far its been to Ford for leaking oil and it is currently there with exactly 5000 miles on the odometer with a destroyed driver side hub assembly. Never hit potholes, just a faulty hub from the factory.
What exactly is normal oil psi range?
Ford just told me they couldn't find a leak from the engine, but there is oil coming out of the frame rails. They said drive it for 1000 miles and bring it back to see if it's still losing oil.
