I did a trip last Saturday 99% highway driving, I covered 607km, 51 litres to refill, (59 litre tank in the EcoBoost) the dash displayed 8.2 litres per 100km. the real data is 8.401....
Which proves to me the dash display is not completely accurate on my car.
Then my Missus does her stint in...
Has anyone tried to compare there computer fuel readings (the dash displays being posted here) to real data?
*Fill your tank and reset your trip meter.
*Drive a certain distance, doesn't really matter but more than 100km would probably be good.
*Refill your tank and take note of the amount of...
Drive up.
50mm each step (3) what you see in the photo is a loose removable chock behind the front wheel.
Still not much room under there as the sump plug on the EcoBoost is at the extreme rear of the engine and a long way moving in from the front.
Changed the oil at home on the EcoBoost today, No issues and no problems with accessing the oil filter,
it was annoying though, the length of the thread on the sump bolt as one unscrews this waiting for the gush of old sump oil to pour out :)
Repco currently have the Valvoline Synpower FE 5w/30...
The whole ANCAP & EuroNCAP has been a long running joke to me.
I have seen trolls and jealous people on social media bring this rating up every now & then, trying to get a reaction (and often it does) or justify their own personal reasons why they cannot purchase a Mustang.
ANCAP have never...
1350 Mustangs delivered here in Australia for the month of May, normally they were trickling in at about 400 per month, the flood gates have opened? :ford:
Ford was again buoyed by sales of the Ranger (4070 -- up more than 30% in May) and Mustang, which found more than 1350 buyers...
A Ford Forum member did this;

Purchased a Ford Performance strut brace thinking it would be a simple bolt on, that would be the case if you want to hack 6mm out of it with a grinder.
After making some temporary spacers for height and testing...

I have a similar story, 12 month dealer service back last December (2016) the day before the service I noticed the air con struggling, dealer inspected during service, was low on gas, recharged with gas with dye and couldn't find a leak. I put my car back in again yesterday as a/c was struggling...
I reckon Ford Australia would still have the Triple Yellow LHD GT that did the tour of Australian Ford dealerships in mid 2015, still in their stock of test vehicles as well.
No, No, No, when the decision was made for the Mustang to be compliant to all export markets, the U.K. was a loving part/member of the European Union and all one big happy family ;)
So that's where Ford Australia got that idea from :)
Back in the 80s Ford used an add like this [ame] to promote the F trucks here in Australia.
Sadly we do not have F trucks sold as new here anymore, I think that stopped in the 90s
12 month service completed on my EB by the local dealer today.
