I decided to take advantage of the black friday sale and picked up an ngauge and PBD tune. I've been running the FPP 1 tune for awhile and just am getting bored.
So far I haven't had much luck with this. I flashed the first iteration that PBD gave me and it needs work. After sending them...
I used too when i was younger. Now I'm old and have the luxury of parking it. Snow tires and knowing how to put a bit of opposite lock and throttle control and you're golden.
i had nothing but problems. And most everyone around here has had nothing but problems. It was even reported that subaru quality has tanked in the last few years. I just can't consider them as an option anymore.
i ran the resonated magnaflow x from cjpp with the solo axle back. you are correct. you just cut and clamp the h-pipe like you would any other install, same for the axle back.
i thought there was a black gt on youtube that did that and it was very very loud. likely sounds similar to the...
sorry, but see folks like you too often. you bounce around from one trendy car to another just blowing money left and right. you throw parts at a car, it doesn't perform the way you expect or shows signs of breaking (hence you even admit that with your BMW) and you bail. why should anyone...
how many of you have actually tracked the standard gt brakes?
i've done multiple track days even on stock pads and though i can induce fade, i've not boiled fluid or had issues with the stock fluids/pads.
for 90% of you guys the standard brakes are fine. you can still if you want route...
tracked my gt with standard brakes. no issues.
pads/fluid when worn should be upgraded. rotors aren’t as necessary.
also depends on the track. long straight aways trying to bring the car down from 120+ will need to dissipate a lot more heat vs a twisty track that you don’t brake over...
smooth. i’d compare it to the full mach xv catback. deep and no rasp or trumpeting.
the thing i liked best is cold starts are tame. no worry about annoying neighbors.
