Just to be clear, that isn't my car. My car does however sound exactly like this when revving out and on overrun. During the winter months, I've watched this video many times to help get through awaiting the snow to melt!
Sorry if someone has said it, but didn't want to read through 30 pages. I straight piped my resonators, which I believe replicates the R. Check this video out, this is what mine sounds like now. First they accidentally removed the factory x and it sounded awful, but putting it back in gave it...
I had a metal shop build custom ramps (cost me about $500) to place in my curb. They extend perfectly and they left bottom area for water to pass. I guess someone could steal them, but so far so good in 2 years, helps to live off grid. Best pic of them I could find of them attached.
Not alone. Won't be giving up my 350 anytime soon for it. I'm sure performance is great, but not a fan of front or dial and DCT is show stopper for me. It's criminal to not at least offer a manual option on this car IMO.
I probably won't have the 350 forever either, but strongly believe it's...
Just traded a GT Premium with both cosmetic and performance upgrades for GT350. They are completely different cars. Sorry regular 5.0 owners (haven't driven new 5.0, so just speaking of 11-14 and 15-17), GT feels like a car with truck motor in it after driving 350. I used to own E46 M3, think...
From the GT500 threads attached below. If production of 2018 ends in June, wouldn't this align to messaging a MY19 until GT500 is ready? This also aligns to Ford's announcement of GT500 being available in 2019. I'm not into spreading rumors, just trying to put the pieces of the puzzle...
I wasn't ready to give deposit, so couldn't control what they ordered nor did I ask for the build printout. I was told convenience package and told them to call me when it shows up. I can't complain about it because I didn't put my $ up.
In their defense, this isn't a common. They usually...
Don't understand the lol, is it in regards to GT500 debacle? Or is this information wildly wrong? To clarify, they were trying to get info knowing I was upset as they wanted to find out if I would be willing to wait for 2019 MY if Ford was still making them.
Not sure I can wait that long...
I was told yesterday by my local dealer their rep confirmed MY 2019 Shelby will be the GT350. They had a late allocation 2018 they supposedly ordered with convenience package, which is what I would prefer, but it ended up electronics package on the sticker generated. Not sure if Ford can just...
Bump and update. About 5,100 miles now. I've taken a couple of cruises with the recent nice weather in the Midwest. If anyone wants any additional pics, just let me know. My price is firm as I have a $32K trade offer on it, so my asking price reflects a slight premium over that + tax savings...
Just saw thread for first time.
Love your M3 collection! Which one is your favorite? I've owned E46 and driven E92 and F80. I think the E46 is still my favorite.
GT350 on Eibachs looks great!
Kona is looking awesome on the R! Wonder if the regular GT350 looks as good?
Also, can you negotiate for me? That has to feel like you robbed a bank.
Congrats, that's fantastic.
Wow, difficult to compete against some of these great vehicles on here, but I'll try nonetheless. I'll get a photo of my user name and add soon.
$34,995 - vehicle does have lien through Ford Finance. I purchased at invoice and have put $3,000+ mods into it. With installation costs, I...
OP talked about fun street car, not daily driver. For that use, I have to wonder if anyone who is debating this has actually driven the GT350? For personal reasons, I downgraded from mine to a 2017 GTPP this summer. I haven't smiled in it yet and actually despise it at this point. I've quit...
