I've a;ways done the exact same thing - without issues - on every vehicle I've owned.
Also, thanks to the advise/warnings of people on this forum, and buried in the owner's manual, an printed right on the filter (my avatar is the top of the filter), I do use a t-wrench on my 5.2.
I can confirm 14G370-KCA - that's what I have and works w/o issue:

Too funny! I was thinking the same thing - a bus!?!
Only reason for a three-hour bus ride is to molest or be be molested! (Maybe shoot up in the back . . . maybe)
Not quite a full write-up, but :
We've just tested a 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 on a test track, and it shot to 60 mph in 3.6 seconds on its way to a 11.4-second quarter-mile at 132 mph.

It also dawned on me that you have a 19, correct? You don't need change the hub or rewire any of the usb cables running in the center console. The 19+ hub is powered correctly for carplay, so you should have just swapped items behind the dash, and retained the existing usb cables and hub.
On my...
I believe:
The FCIM usb cable (the usb under the start button) runs not into the FCIM or SYNC, but back to the usb hub (in the center console storage box) and then one cable from the hub back to the APIM (far right in the photo). Did you confirm the FR3Z 14D202-A is connected behind the...
Both USB slots? I did the swap twice (GT350 and 19 GT), and during one of them I forgot to reconnect the end of the USB hub harness into the back module (whatever that's called) where it was originally plugged into. I had to take everything apart again, and sure enough, I forgot one...
This one is custom cut for he 2015+ console and looks like the Raxiom one, no longer carried by American Muscle:

Having them that close to you and visiting is a great resource. Go and pick and their brain - I’m sure they will be super helpful.
If I’m not mistaken, the actual “R-Spec” for GT350R =
19x11 ET 24
19x11.5 ET 56
305/30/19
315/30/19
So, an 11” rear is not technically “R-spec”. But it would...
First, I would confirm with 6GR that you can get 11 inch rears with proper GT 350 offset
Here is a 325 r on 11.5 - top two photos - the tires will poke our of wells a little
This is 305 r on 11.5 - bottom photo - tires cant inward. Ignore the front - it’s a 295, not 305
I don't think 6GR makes non R-spec rear wheels (11") for GT350 offsets. Maybe 5.0s, but you should ask them. They are quick to respond on their chat.
I run 305/35s square on R-specs - 11f / 11.5r - no issues.
R-spec 11" fronts - no problem - the offset is correct.
"I'm not OCD but I CANNOT have buttons that don't do anything."
I'm with you! I did the 8" swap twice - 19GT (also an impulse buy) and now 16 GT350. I had to have the right FCIM/bezel. Finding a GT350 Recaro bezel is a bitch. Bonus - your toggles will activate the drive modes with forscan...
I am running:
6GR Five R-spec - 11F 11.5R
Nitto 555 G2 305s square
No issues street, but no track time on them, so I cannot speak to that end.
11.5" rim is within spec for 305s.
As you are probably aware, the R-spec wheels have a different offset, and will have noticeable "poke" with...
