Sorry to hear about the issues, definitely makes me want to wait to do any huge mods. For now all I've done is a catback exhaust from Ford Racing (the quad-tip GT350 exhaust on the EcoBoost is amazing), and an RTR grill which required removing the grill shutters. My guess is neither one of those...
Not sure if someone posted about this, but I didn't see this in the forums. Saw this in the latest Ford Performance catalog (available on their website):
I wonder when the packs will be released? Don't see any details regarding power or anything but I'm excited to see the gains possible...
Mine JUST came in to the dealer, I'm hoping to install it this weekend! Will definitely post some clips as soon as it's installed. I think they just released it because the dealer rep told me that the package was "N/A until 3/6." Looking forward to putting it on! Wonder if CJ Pony Parts or...
Hey everyone, not sure if this would really count as a viable topic, but has anyone ever done an overlay on an emblem before? I'm thinking of taking the Mustang Logo's and overlaying them with green chrome (I think it would look killer with the Guard Green), but I've never really done anything...
Definitely going to look into getting these when I order my RTR Grille, would make sense to get them since I plan on installing the GT350 Rear Valance / quad sport exhaust anyways. AMAlexLazarus if there is a discount code I'd really appreciate one!
The real reason why the RS doesn't get as good gas mileage:
Not sure if anyone knows the reference, but it's from the Focus RS "Rebirth of an Icon" video series: [ame]
Pops and burbles are done through running the fuel a bit more rich, so that could contribute to worse gas mileage as...
I'm curious how much the doors would save weight-wise, and if the doors "direct bolt-on" means that you can transfer the rest of the doors over or if you have to deal with the doors being bare from the inside.
Granted, $2.5k is a lot unless it too references a pair of doors and not just one.
How do you know? I've seen the opposite as true: http://www.shoforum.com/index.php?threads/new-here-2013-sho.128950/
EDIT: If it will work in a Taurus SHO from 2013 why wouldn't it work in a 2015 Mustang Premium?
If I can get my hands on that one (in case it didn't sell) or one like it I'll let you guys know how difficult or easy it is to install (aka how plug 'n play it is or not).
Doubt it, MyFord Touch Modules are <$1000 through Ford Parts, I highly doubt SYNC 3 will be much more if at all more. I believe the CAN configuration was mentioned for the 2010 Taurus, which didn't have MyFord Touch. It'll likely be an easy swap, I'll be looking into it as soon as the modules...
I'm not affiliated with Kim or Rebecca, but I saw this today on another forum:

Someone put SYNC 3 in their 2013 Taurus SHO
Guard changes a lot in light but honestly I don't think there is a bad light for that color. The one thing I constantly hear, cloudy skies/sunny skies/whatever, is how amazing a color is. The first thing I hear after "is that a 2015?" is "that is an amazing color."
