  1. Dashcams

i had exactly that coming up to a roundabout, they claimed i pulled out into the roundabout and then backed back in due to traffic, i ended up getting the full Spanish inquisition, we each ended up having to make a no claim as i filed charges against them and we settled on no claim either side...
  2. Dashcams

yeah i decided to go the thinkware, the size difference isn't actually that much.
  3. Dashcams

so i picked up my GT today (squee). i'm about to pull the trigger on a dashcam and i know its a split between the blackvue 650s or the thinkware F770. i'm leaning towards the blackvue just because its smaller in size therefore more discrete. but the thinkware has better image quality. eh i...
  4. Sad news for Dodge fans

I'm pretty sure all the Holden fans will be the same as i am and call it an abomination and not worthy of the commodore name. The commodore and falcon were interstate cruisers. Drive along at low rpm with the family for hours on end.
  5. Sad news for Dodge fans

we don't really need any new camaro's or dodge's with the "new commodore":lol::lol: Who doesn't want that sweet sweet V6 or turbo desiel noise??? (i'm allowed to rag on it as my current car is a SSZ  )
  6. Sad news for Dodge fans

so the ADR's work in the way that they have a set guideline that a car must meet (EG: no scoop can stop a ball 300mm in diameter from rolling over the bonnet, so if subaru make a new mega WRX with a scoop that is huge and would in effect stop the ball, then it cant be sold in aus), there are...

  12. ETIS and Window Sticker Process

Well I finally got the specs in etis and a build date of the 25th Aug. Almost a month after the blend date of the 29th July. However I noticed that it said "less tire inflation monitoring system" or something along those lines. Anyone else built this batch have the same thing? Edit: Nevermind...
  13. August Production

I got my vin early Aug. Window sticker says blend date of 29th July. Etis had not updated from the place holder date so I asked deysha the other day on here and car is still in production. So a blend date of end of Aug could mean a October gate release.
  14. ETIS and Window Sticker Process

No idea mate. I ordered at the end of may and feel a bit shafted but eh the car better be worth it.
  15. ETIS and Window Sticker Process

It was in the system on the 4th of Aug (got my vin on the 3rd)
  16. ETIS and Window Sticker Process

It could be worse. My window sticker has a blend date of the 29th July and found out today it is still in production. It seems like the system is a bit out of wack with trying to push more through this time. It's a bit annoying hearing people who ordered up to 5 months after me have their car on...
  17. ETIS and Window Sticker Process

so, according to the window sticker mine was built on the 29th of July, etis still has the place holder date, should i be inquiring about this??? and also, do we have any idea what dates the next few ships depart for oz?
  18. Pedders suspension

yeah i find them very harsh, (in fact going up the kerb i usually get stuck on 2 opposing wheels only to have to back up and go a different angle) so but they are easily one of the best for sticking to a flat surface that i have found. for a track car/project they are great, for a daily, well i...
  19. Pedders suspension

i got the full coil over setup on my VZ ute, some of the best suspension i have had, and I've had tein on my old WRX, as well as a few others, the cost was expensive, but the shop had a few hot rods in there being worked on, and an M5 being worked on, the guy took the time to talk to me about...
  20. New Mustang Owner ages

31 here, ordered 2 weeks before i turned 31, wont arrive until 2 weeks after i turn 32, or 33, or 34... pretty much anyone's guess at this point, prev cars were a magna ralliart, then onto the 2005 SSZ ute, had some engine issues with that so went and ordered the mustang, first new car i've ever...
