No the 2001 Dark Highland Green and the 2019 Dark Highland Green have different formulas. On cloudy days, the two colors are very close. On sunny days and indoors, the 2019 Dark Highland Green is brighter.
It should be showing up soon then. My car took 3 days to travel 38 miles from FRAP to the dealer. It was sitting in the convoy lot/rail head next to the plant for most of that time.
Took delivery of K0013 yesterday, July 18, 2018. Here are a few quick photos.
Here is K0013 along side my '01 Bullitt, 4003. The '01 is a bit dusty; didn't have time to detail it.
I picked up the '19 from the dealership exactly 17 years after 4003 was built; July 18, 2001.
Like MoBullitt said, two years of production for the S550 Bullitt. Don't know how many they are planning to build, but considering how much media presence this car has received since January, I'm expecting if you want one you will be able to get one. Similar to the current GT350.
I am not sure how this special edition Mustang allocation works with the Ford Dealers and Ford. But one would think if a dealer has say 10+ people interested in buying a Bullitt from them, Ford and the dealer would figure out a way to accommodate those orders.
