One pro of a lightweight knob is that it makes your hand more sensitive to the slightest resistance while going in gear. That in turn will make you adjust the the force of your arm till you feel an opening between gear teeth.
Of course, this doesn’t matter if you power thru with your right...
Hey the OG is back!
Yeah, the fourth thread hole of the cowl goes with the kbrace. So aside from the three in the actual back firewall, we have another three bolts that mates the cowl and kbrace in the front... plus the last two by the battery side. Eight bolts in total.
I am missing one bolt...
Hey guys! I took a good look at the cowl extension and saw that it has 4 threaded holes! The three at the back, and there's one forward, positioned very near at the wiper (but still at the back of the firewall).
For now, I took the bolt nearest to the red terminal of the battery, and installed...

Funny I was about to change my Black Accent Package wheels with a gun metal, split five-spoke design. The OCD in me was telling me that something’s not right with 7 spokes on 5 lugs combo. lol!

A premuffler is just like a muffler, it can have chambers or perforated tubes inside w/ glass packing around it. It muffles or reduces sounds db. It mostly sound dull when tapped with a wrench.
A true resonator is mostly hollow in the inside or have some metal deflectors. It is tuned to deflect...
My point is... I am ready to go to court if it's obvious to me that my aftermarket part did not cause the failure. I know I have to shell out $ but I am ready fight for what is mine. The M-F Act does help a lot in removing power of the manufacturer over warranty issues.
And let me say it again...
It depends on what their report says actually. Sometimes that’s enough along with your knowledge that your aftermarket did cause the failure.
If you think otherwise, then lawyering up is the option, it’s how things are done with any dispute not only in cars but also with marriage, business...
Forgive me for reviving this old post even if it was already addresed. I just want to more people to know that the manufacturer is the one who must show proof (not just verbaly explain, but must show actual physical evidence) that the aftermarket part was the one that cause failure.
