  1. Guess widest possible wheel/tire combo on S550

If you're talking about the OEM wheel lineup, then the 20" wheels would be able to handle 275's easy and maybe 285's. I really like the style of the 20" wheel. Just remember the PP has staggered wheels, so what fits on the back may not fit the front.
  2. What I Learned at Kings Ford Dealer Training Today

I really like the darker dash too, very similar to the one in my '13 GT/CS. One thing that bothers me is the door speakers on the '15. The sub in the door gets a bright trim ring while the upper speaker doesn't. I know this is trivial, but it looks unfinished. Hopefully they will fix this when...
  3. 2015 Mustang Horsepower / Torque Figures and Weight Released!

You are right on one point. Why compare the standard GT with the top dogs from Chevy or Dodge. But, here's where I get pissed. Looks like wer're back in the late 80's and early 90's again. Before anyone shoots me down, just hear me out. Remember when the Mustang's lowly 5.0 was killing the...
  4. Test drives

Did I miss it in this thread or did Ford not say which model they will be bringing out for test drives?
  5. So is anyone getting a EB/GT without PP and why?

I'll get the GT Premium with the 401A package. Don't want the PP because of the 373 gears and those ugly black wheels (my openion only). I want the 355 gears and the 20" wheels, those look amazing.
  6. Update on Build and Price

The wheels are also different between the 50th Anniversary model and the 50 years appearance package. The Limited edition Model has the 19" x 9" (front) and 19" x 9.5" (rear) in a Machined-Aluminum finish while the 50th Appearance package has 19" x 8.5" front and rear with the Luster nickel...
  7. ALL Photoshop Requests Thread

Man I wish those black 19's that come with the PP were the same color as the 20's. I like the style of the black 19's, just not in black. Guess I'll go with the 20's since I really like those too. Should look great on the Guard GT.
  8. Update on Build and Price

Actually they have a new Edge coming out in 2015. '04 was not the last year.
  9. Sign the petition: Ford PLEASE show us the weight/power numbers.

I can understand everyone's frustration, hell, I am too, but thier announcements will not deter me from getting a '15 Mustang. If the weight comes in a 250 lbs heavier and the hp is 'only' up by 30, we'll have 450hp. OK, look at it this way, in the current form, the 5.0 can be tuned to have...
  10. ALL Photoshop Requests Thread

While I do really like those wheels, the tires a way to low, profile wise. Make a huge gap between the tire and wheel arch on the fender. Wheels do look great with the black car though.:)
  11. Is the 2015 you ordered going to be you Daily Driver?

Mine will be a garage queen. I'll keep the '13 GT/CS which is a garage queen too and only has 6k miles on it. I use my '13 F150 as my daily driver, heck, I only live 12.5 miles from work. :p
  12. 2015 Mustang Orders Placed Thread (Vote/Share Here)

Did your dealer charge an ADM (Added Dealer Markup) on the LE? The dealers in SC really suck, all of them want at least $10k over.
  13. Package 68B? (Premier Trim with Color Accent Group Package)

You should be able to see the difference between the options when the '15 builder comes back up on the Ford website. I know, I know, I hate waiting too, but until then, I'm not sure we will know the real difference. I like the black leather with the white stitching or the red stitching. Both...
  14. Rear diff options

It is noticable, not intensely though. I have a 13 GT/CS 6spd with the 373 gears and even in 6th gear running 65 mph, the rpm stays around 2k. In my 2010 GT500, it has the 331 gears and in 6th running 65 I'm running about 1600 rpm. I actually get better average mpg with the Shelby than I do...
  15. Automobile Mag ride along

You can run 87 in the 5.0 too. You just drop down about 10hp is all, so it's really a wash.
  16. 2015 Mustang Pricing Revealed! $24,425 (V6), $25,995 (Ecoboost), $32,925 (GT)

Actually, the '15 price, they way I speck it out, isn't much higher than the '14. In fact, it's almost $1k under my '13 GT/CS with electronics package and shaker pro which stickered at $42,145. I specked out a '15 GT-premium with 6spd manual, 401A, 355 axle, 20x9 wheels and NAV and it comes...
  17. 2015 Mustang Pricing Revealed! $24,425 (V6), $25,995 (Ecoboost), $32,925 (GT)

And it's almost $2k less than my 13 GT/CS which stickered at $42,145. So I figure the GT Premium, 401A, 355 axle, 20" wheels and NAV should come in pretty close to the same as the one I have now....COOL!!!!
  18. 2015 Mustang Pricing Revealed! $24,425 (V6), $25,995 (Ecoboost), $32,925 (GT)

I saw the thread you were talking about, but there was no pricing for the 401A. Just individual pricing for like NAV, 20" wheels, 355 axle and such. Usually the 401A is higher than the 400A package because it contains more options like the shaker pro and other stuff. Just wondering though...I...
  19. 2015 Mustang Pricing Revealed! $24,425 (V6), $25,995 (Ecoboost), $32,925 (GT)

WOW, that was fast. Before I could get logged in and post my reply, you posted the price....thanks a bunch!!! Any idea on pricing with the GT Premium with 401A package? :hail:
  20. 2015 Mustang Pricing Revealed! $24,425 (V6), $25,995 (Ecoboost), $32,925 (GT)

Wait...pricing is in the system for the GT too? Post it please!! :clap2:
