As far as I know right now you will need to buy the 11-14 throttle body separately to swap over the electronics. Whipple is still putting the kit together, so we will know for sure when all of the information is released, but I've been told you need to source it.

They won't be providing any tuning for it, at least that is how it is right now. The few times I've talked to them, they always mention a custom tune would be required. In addition to that you will need a 11-14 TB as a donor because the 2015+ electronics won't work.

The stock GT500 hat has a filter integrated into the assembly from Ford.

Absolutely. If you are able to run across the Blower and Throttle Body for a nice price, then this would be the route to take. It really is nice Whipple made options for everyone. Not all customers are interested in buying used, but if you don't mind, the ability to save some money is there...
