Opg install is super easy. Dropped the damned pickup tube bolt into the pan 4 times lmao. Not a problem with a magnet pickup tool. The only thing I didnt have specs for is the t30 bolts on the pump housing. I remember 69 inlb from somewhere so thats what I went with.

Tore the engine down to do the OPG and crank gear. Sure wish I did this when I installed the blower....:frusty: What a frikking mess:(

Looks like the same bolt pattern as the other cutout brands. Swap those bad boys out:cheers:

They are Badlanz. 5 year no b.s. warranty and they are rebuildable. I got the cutouts, weld in pipe adapter, and the turndowns all from them. They seem to be just as good as the qtp cutouts I had on my raptor. Time will tell I guess

Got my custom exhaust finished finally. Lots of welding and bending to get it all straight. Stuck with stock mufflers but added an xpipe and e cutouts. Sleeper mode and pissed off mode haha.

Driveshaft came in!

Looks like its the line from the master cylinder back to the reservoir. Must not be under much pressure to leak vacuum when wiggled. Thoughts?

Tossed some vacuum on my brake reservoir to bleed the clutch after my Magnum swap and noticed this line here (plastic and shiny) is leaking vacuum when I wiggle it. Noticed some brake fluid seeps out as well. Anyone know what it is?

DSS Axles installed. Passenger side took 2 prybars 2 big men and a fence pipe to break loose. I was using my legs to push and when it let go it was violent. Prybar went flying and cut into my leather boot pretty deep. Be careful when you do these! Drivers side popped off like the videos show haha.

Do yourself a favor and grind this down before you install the trans!

Back at it out in the garage. Looks like a little grinding is in order. Little bit of contact on the left side.

Well the correct driveline is on the way but still set me back over a week. Had to ship the wrong one back before JPC would send me the correct one. I understand the risk for them but still very annoying. On the bright side the Injectors came in. ID1050x! Thanks Terry@beefcakeracing for...

Transmission is all done but looks like either JPC or DSS screwed up and sent the wrong driveshaft. It has the wrong spline and its about 8" too long. Pretty irritated because I planned to have the car on the ground today. Can't wait to hear what hoops im expected to jump thru to get this...
