It fits just fine, just that it seems to be the tips not wanting to work with the actuators for some reason. I still have the original exhaust back on it and it's been functioning just fine since I put it back. I'm really considering just selling the corsa at this point and moving on.

Better than stock but not by a lot. Subjectively 110% of Stock. That seems fair.

Next update: I went to my local ford dealer and asked them to lookup the part number in the picture above. It was explained to me that this is an engineering part number and not the actual part number. Engineering part number KR3V-14B599-DA, likely translates to ford part number KR3Z-14A411-G...

update: I swapped back the original exhaust (in order to isolate the tips on the corsa from being the problem). Unfortunately, the problem followed, so the issue is definitely either the cable(s), or the actuator(s). The Corsa Exhaust works just fine. I ordered "JR3Z-14A11-H" from Bartow Ford...

I have one pigtail or harness ordered, not sure when it's getting to me. tried taking the fuse out for the valves, it's really loud. I don't really have any updates as of yet. I'll try and record some revs when I get someone to rev it for me.

Reseated the Relay #59, no change. I'll replace it next time I pass an auto parts store.

I'm guessing removing the fuse would keep the valves in wide open mode? I really don't want to piss off my neighbors every time I cold start it. I'll try it just for shits and giggles, but I really want the valves to work. :)

Just verified fuse# 34, 15amp. Swapped it with a different 15amp. Problem persists. Thanks for the lead though. :)

Once I get the problem resolved, i'll consider it. I'll try and get some clips once it's fixed properly.

So, I did it. I wasn't quite happy with the mach 1 exhaust even after I put a steeda x pipe in. Put the Corsa Extreme active exhaust in. (i had previously done the same with no issues on my 2019 GT. What an improvement over stock) I've checked the motion of the actuators and visually inspected...

I deleted mine, don't miss them. that mach1 fender badge is looking a wee bit out of place too. might remove it as well.

So, no one has done a cat back exhaust on theirs yet? that was the point of this question.

Having had a valved Corsa Extreme on my previous GT, I have to say I miss it, even as good as the factory Mach 1 exhaust sounds with a Resonator delete X Pipe. Has anyone put a cat back on their Mach 1? It looks like the factory mufflers sit really high? I'm just wondering about fitment.

I ordered a Mach 1 in Feb, got it in April, I'm happy. Paid MSRP and no ADM. Very Happy. Wasn't a hard debate for me. 🤷‍♂️

Lowered on Steeda Sport Magneride springs. 1 inch spacer in front, 20mm in rear.

I got 4.8 0-60 with the six speed using track apps for timing. I don't care that it's slower, I don't care that I'm slow. Six Speed is where it's at for me.

Removed mine, don't miss them at all. Looks much cleaner. Leave it sit in the hot sun for 30 minutes and they'll come right off. Heat gun (always moving) will do the trick too.

Quoted drop is 1 inch all around, I didn't measure before and after, but the pics before and after show a nice drop. Ride is stock as far as I can tell.

Direct Alignment, no holes needed. got the full shebang Steeda part with gurney flap. Cleaning the goo left from the first wing is the hardest part of the swap, the rest is easy. Plenty of videos on it.
