I originally had a build week of 10/27, I then got bumped to a "scheduledbuildday" of 10/20 although my build week remained 10/27.
Not sure if I am reading this right, but.... if I am reading this right my Build week is now 10/19? It also looks like it went from "Scheduledbuildday" to...
Yeah, when i ordered my car i was told that the spoiler is just a "small fin" that really isnt noticable, but not having the spoiler makes the rear look so much cleaner in my opinion.
I didnt dare change my order either, in fear of getting more delayed lol.
Was wondering how difficult it would be to remove the factory spoiler.. or if it would be possible to get it done... would there be holes where it used to be, etc?
I really dont think it is realistic. I think 11/4 - 11/6 is realistic if its actually built on 10/20, It seems like ALOT of people got moved to 10/20 if this many people from this forum alone got bumped. I would assume some of us will get built on 10/20, some others might get 10/21, 10/22, etc...
Had a Current Build Week of 10/26.
Current Build Date of 10/20.
By the time our cars are being built, they should be at the point of getting them shipped pretty quickly after being built. (LETS HOPE)
Thanks for all the feedback guys. I just called and asked if anyone has their name attached to that stock order and the guy said he didn't think so, but the inventory manager will be calling me back in a few hours once he gets in.. (Fingers crossed)
I know I can learn it, I was just worried...
True lol... really (getting the car a month earlier) is one of the main reasons i want to do this haha... i know im impatient.. and i have a VIN, like others that still dont :/ i feel for them..
I mean... its everything I want, and its 1 month closer then my retail order, but its just a stick... I think I will do it.. Im gonna call the dealer tomorrow, and PRAY that no one has this car reserved yet. Thank you for the feedback so far, it sounds promising lol. (Makes me wonder how pissed...
This is my FIRST brand new car, my FIRST V8. I'm only 20 years old, and i want this car to really.... "be something" since im paying an arm and a leg for it and i work my ass off to get it, lol. I mean, I hear all the time from my buddies, "it isnt a mustang unless its a stick" :P
I know i can...
Hmm yeah, I wouldent say i sit in THAT much traffic at all.. I live in the suburbs, and the only traffic i get in is daily, red light traffic.. not bumper to bumper on the interstate.
I was just checking local stock, and a dealer close to me has a 5.0 gt premium with PP with all the goodies i could ask for...
I have a retail order with a Estimate build date of 10/26... GT Prem, leather, nav AUTO.
I wanted the PP, but it wasnt offered in auto, but i really wanted those...
If you know of one driver going to get cars for Florida, I assure you that means there a lot of other drivers going to pickup Mustangs aswell. I don't see Ford just loading up 1 truck to send to Florida only lol..
WHICH IS GOOD!
I can say I agree with you, we "pre-order" for a reason, to get the car as fast as possible... we want to be some of the first with the car... its kind of irritating that someone can just walk into a dealer and go buy a 2015 mustang when we've been waiting months for ours to just be built...
I was the same way, it was either Race Red or Black... I went outside and they had a 2014 race red and a black mustang side by side... easy choice was the red, it pops out much.. black seems to dull
