Never had any hood issues, but at triple digits the ragtop transmits a heck of a lot of wind noise.

My non-PP premium GT convertible has in the menus (between speedo & tach) an electronic, simulated vacuum gauge. It is labeled "Vacuum/Boost" and the simulated gauge appears to be calibrated for both. Since my car is 100% stock I've only ever seen the gauge operate in the vacuum side.

So what you're saying is my heavy convertible is actually faster than a coupe with performance pack? Sweet! As recorded by my Garmin, my ragtop will do 155 in fifth. Still pulling when it hit the limiter.

Distracted drivers have also driven me from motorcycling, just too many of them these days. The ragtop isn't the same, but it certainly helps a LOT.

I don't follow your math. I have one of the first convertibles built, took delivery January 2015, and by my count it is now 2 years old.

As the owner of a 2015 GT vert I can certainly recommend them. Love mine.
