Yeah that holding the start button thing doesn't work. I read that article. Mine just kept blinking green. Im trying to come up with an unbreakable solution because how that clutch sensor is mounted looks flimsy as hell
I tried holding the button and brake at same time and push starter button. It's way harder than you think, and im skinny.
I fixed it with a bolt and nut but theirs got to be a cleaner solution. BTW all no lift shift issues are gone. Posting this in case anyone else is experiencing issues like...
15 gt vert 6 speed. Got it home and figured it out. It's missing something from the clutch pedal to the plunger, it doesn't even touch the plunger. I taped it shut and it started up. I guess I have to hunt down that part or make a spacer somehow
Weather nice, took the car for a spin, stopped at a gas station, got back in and go to start it and the push-button isn't starting it. Some guy helped me push start it and it fired right up. Connected to forscan and zero errors. This is my only car
I did it. It's really easy, just involves you to drill out that fender to bumper plastic bracket. Biggest pain was adjusting it like 900 times before I got it perfect....
Im having a somewhat similar issue with my ford tune and in second it falls on its face quick at 6800. Should not do this. Factory redline is above that
It's the ford power pack stage 2. I incorrectly said performance pack. I just thought it would be ok at 7k but it revs up a lot quicker with the tune so maybe I went slightly above 7k
