I have nearly similar setup (295s though) and I have noises on turning that I believe is my fenderliners on the wheels. I am by no means any expert but perhaps this is an idea where perhaps air forces are causing fenderliner rub? Have you removed your fenderliners? I will be removing mine soon.

The stock 5.0 cats have a high chance of burning out due to the excess/sustained heat temp produced by the whipple. Mileage may (will) vary.
