Very good information in this thread! It's true about how the power comes in with the PP3. Feels pretty close to stock in lower rpms and during initial acceleration at the track and then it comes alive in the back half of the track. Have won many races like that, always pass them by before the...
That's cool, support the little guy!
E85 is the way to go, the only downside for me is that the nearest fuel station that carries E85 is in Fontana, about a 30 min drive. I usually drive my car to work on Fridays and fuel up for the weekend or take two 5 gallon jugs home. I've ran a...
Lund Racing took care of my tuning and I'm very happy with their tune and customer service! My car performs great thru out the rpm range and pulls pretty good to 7800 rpm's. Just be aware that right now they will be taking a little longer in turnaround time for the tunes due to them starting the...
If that is the case then it might be your trans having issues. I Pedal should not feel spongy with the steed spring. Play? Maybe a little, I have about 1/2" of play but pedal is firm all the way down. Have you done a fluid flush? Maybe you have some air in the line.
This is what you need. Nice, clean, and easy install. I've had my harness on my car since its release and I am very happy with its performance. Easy plug in to add a subwoofer. If you have a premium car, you don't need the programmer, only the harness.

I did the Barton shifter and the oil you mentioned. Solves most of the issues. Do that first and see if you like it then. I Will change out clutch when stock goes out. 62k miles so far and still good. Pedal only feels spongy after 4 back to back wot runs.
First thing I look at is the rear wheel wells. If you find bits of tire rubber all over the wheel wells it's been driven hard. Also look at the bolt heads and nuts in the engine compartment and under neath the car to see evidence if the car has had parts removed. And also like others have...
+1 for the GT350 intake. I went with the complete GT350 intake system and love it! If I ever get pulled over and asked to pop my hood, everything is OEM :D
PROBLEM SOLVED!
Wiring was adjusted and still got the code. The problem ended up being the TB blade was getting stuck inside the TB. I lightly sanded it down until it stopped getting hung up. Cleaned it with throttle body cleaner and that was it. 400 miles and no more P2111
^^^^^^EXACTLY^^^^^^ :clap2:
Stick to summer tires and take it easy in the AM. I'm running Continental Extreme Contact Sport and love them. Right now when I leave for work at 4am it's about 25-30* and I do not have any traction issues.
I think that might be the problem. I just finished cleaning the TB and moving the harness over to make room and not have any wires binding. Hopefully that does it.
Throttle body does move and is not really stuck open. When it goes into limp mode the throttle does not respond to any input. Funny you mentioned the harness. When I reinstalled the clip to the TB it seemed like a really tight fit and the wires did seem to be bend at 90* coming out of the clip...
I finished the install last night and the car fired up. This morning I went to the dyno and it put down 448hp & 379tq on the base tune running on 47lb injectors and E85. Drives fine and pulls hard up top but I'm getting a random wrench light and it goes into limp mode. Ranned the code and it...
