Yep. Go figure. My is a job 2 while my buddy's is a job 1. My tentative build date is 10/20 while his is 10/27. I think they will both be riding the same train out to Cali. Both of us have VINs.

I think it's hit and miss. I've driven around for 12 years without a front plate without ever getting stopped. Of course, it wasn't a MUSTANG I was driving! The cops probably didn't see me.

I agree with TakeMyMoneyFord, traffic in So Cal sucks! I went with automatic ONLY because of the SelectShift. Last manual I had I got muscle spasms in my left leg from traffic!

I got my VIN on Thursday! My buddy got his too. The really cool thing is our VIN are next to each other! Even though we ordered 6 weeks apart.

I would rather wait then get a car that has a lot of defects. I had to wait 6 months for the last car I ordered. We will still be the first ones on our blocks to have one.
