Very strong numbers. Love the tvs mid-range hit. Post a log of a pull or two. Curious what timing they are feeding it.
Sounds like the original tune had a silver lining of saving the motor with 13 psi, 93 and dieing pump. You stopped driving it probably best thing you could have done.
How's...
Something doesn't seem right with your setup. What pulley and blower? What pump? Anything still touching that would effectively bypass the spacers?
Have done 2-3 hours city driving in 105 degree temps or 2--3 hours highway followed by hour of city. Results have always been the same. Even...
Good info from you both. Thank you. Have definitely seen the resonance worse with larger 100lb injectors. The roush rails are rather shallow and was on the fence with installing and plumbing a balance line and am rails. Going to move forward on that to see if it improves any.
This.
Without data the best you can hope for is swapping parts to try and rule them out because they are now new.
There are adapters that go inline at the rail connector to add a gauge to. You have to lose quite a bit of pressure to need a 25% correction. But if it's the original...
How's the fuel pressure consistency at the rails with the radium rear mounted regulator? With stock pump assembly/reg and dw400 the injector pulses show up and heavily at times in the rail psi.
Not sure if you have experience with it but was wondering if reg after the rails eliminated the...
No, dropped to 20 degrees above ambient/iat1 under wot or heavy throttle. Stock roush cooling.
Bigger pump and h/e helped but in different ways. Cwa100 and DOB supper single with 1inch lines now
There's old threads about this with one guy testing each change. Think he came up with the whine...
Sounds like the front fender well is getting air from the engine bay if temps rise. The lower fascia is pretty well blocked off to avoid air entering the front going to either side/fender area. Pull a fog light out and see if that helps. Don't think the 350 has fogs and the fender vents are...
Not enough to tell from what you posted. Need log of it happening to start.
Side note.. why such low timing on e85? Pump gas levels but can't see airload either.
Phenolic spacers is all that's really needed for pump gas boost levels. With the low boost and higher compression it's not hard to keep iats in check even with the dinky roush pump and H/E. Best single mod for iat2.
A larger pump and H/e help especially in combo with spacers. The extra volume...
Cold start depends if I have the cats in or not. No cats it's definitely loud.
But it's nothing compared to the mbrp I had previously w/cats. That was obnoxious.
It's very quite with cats but it's been years since I've had a stock exhaust to compare to. But very quite in the low to mid rpms...
There's an axle back kit sold by FRPP for these mufflers. Designed for the 2011-2014 gt. Not a direct fit. They sell both 2011-2012 and the dual tipped 2013-2014 mufflers.
That's the route I went. Not a bolt in project.
No help but what noises or symptoms clue you in that they are bad or going bad so soon?
Original parts at 35k on mine but have replaced the nuts, red loctite and used the revised tq method that's been floating around here for few years.

Don't we all. You're at a power level that no tire compound alone will provide that. Way too many variables. Pavement type, temps, oils, surface finish etc.. so tire construction has to be considered as well to get the job done
Weight transfer on a softer sidewall for the straights, opposite...
