We'll meet up at the next one!
Made 747rwhp on the Finish Line dyno in July and then 720rwhp the week before the event, so that's what I listed on my car. I laid it on a few other cars but didn't get video of them all. Crushed a C7 Z06, 11 TVS Mustang, CTS-V Sedan with 700rwhp. Few other...
Hellcat was far from stock. He was running 2 power adders and somewhere around 950rwhp.
In order to do a rolling 1/2 mile, they start us about 300 feet before the actual start of the measured 1/2 (you can see start cones in the video which is where everyone goes WOT). But, they don't care if...
I remember seeing your car there! Good choice of wheels! Sucks we didn't get a chance to talk. I was there with quite a few friends, so I floated around a lot. Feel free to shoot me a message if you do want to talk about the blower install!
I ended up running out of 5th gear well before end...
I have a JMS that I will part ways with for pretty cheap. DM me if you're interested. It was only on my car for about 3 months (switched to a Fore fuel system).
My car will probably go on the dyno on Sunday at a local event. It's a shoot-out, so I don't know how many pulls we get. If it's 2, I'll do the 1st with JLT and the 2nd with open blower then report back.
Your question leaves this open for a lot of very subjective responses. What type of driving/racing do you plan to do with it? I have 3.73 with a Paxton and it's a blast to drive. I raced 1/2 mile with it and it rips from a 40 roll in 2nd. I get decent use out of 1st and 2nd, but definitely...
Not that it's a huge difference, but a pair is $10 cheaper on bbwheelsonline .com. I reported their price to Discount Tire Direct and got these for $477 shipped.
Sorry to hear this. I gambled and didn't upgrade OPG/CG when I was at 620whp. I hit the rev limiter a few times while racing half mile, so I may have been lucky. Since upgrading fuel system and going to E85, I went ahead and did the OPG/CG upgrade.
If you haven't seen this already, check it out. I'll be racing both days and would love to see a huge turnout from the Mustang community.

I have the MAK cat deletes and paid $160 to have them installed. I got a pretty good deal on the deletes. They were on sale and then got a forum discount. I probably could have put the passenger side on myself and saved a little money, but it was well worth it. The shop does excellent work.
