So happy for you. My 350 was 2+ years old when I purchased and after following the same process as you, I had mine in about 3 weeks as well. Find a track close and go have some fun....
Huge props to @MikeyTX for sharing his info.....
I am looking for a shop to weld up my exhaust. I need two small pieces of 2.75" t304 tubing welded in after I took out my resonators. Any recommendations?
Thanks
Very cool. I am curious if it had no pin striping since it already had blue over the roof stripes. I know the red stitching on the R's also had red pin striping on the outside of the stripes.
I know this is a Ronin thread, but going to throw this out there. I purchased the following:
https://www.uprproducts.com/upr-ford-easy-oil-drain-valve-for-mustang-f150-raptor-edge-explorer/
It is now $10 more than when I purchased, but I love it. My first oil change I left it open by accident...
Have you tried one of these?

It works very well for me.
I did the same for my non-R 350. I flew in and the dealership picked me up at the airport. I inspected the car and then drove it 500 miles home. I really wanted to get an R, but I am very happy with my 350 as it is. I love having it in my garage and on the track.
I have no inside info on this one, but the dealership had it listed as a regular 350, not an R. I am guessing they did not really know what they had or what the current market is doing for these cars.
Well bought. Now drive the crap out of it. Get it on a track and it will blow you away. Congrats and enjoy your incredible purchase.
Edit - After engine break in of course....
