  1. Any Tire Wizards out their??

Agreed. I ran them first as a street/track tire for a few months until I got a second set of wheels for just track use.
  2. Any Tire Wizards out their??

Yep. There is a good thread on it. It’s not as daunting and scary as it sounds
  3. Prices are on the rise......

Billy’s time differences was down to tires are a bit better aero. All things that can be remedied on a GT350 someone else mentioned a higher ride height and softer springs in the GT350. Ride height is due to 35 series vs 30 series tires. R SPEC are .5” diameter smaller. The springs are the...
  4. Any Tire Wizards out their??

Toyo R888R are a great tire by the way. I ran 305/30R19 square setup on my track wheels.
  5. Any Tire Wizards out their??

Only forscan as you have to modify the as built table value for it in the body control module. I found it impossible to change through my tuner.
  6. Six Yrs Later - C8 Z06 finally tries to copy Voodoo

EU based 4.0 liter twin turbo. Pretty normal fair over there. The GT350 is the first over 4 liter flat plane at 5.2. They pioneered it for GM to now copy and try to one up at a 5.5 liter. I hope it works out for them because I do love the flat plane quick rev, high rpm and glorious sound.
  7. Prices are on the rise......

It’s a matter of the tires and wheels for one. The R runs 30 series cup2 tires which are about .5” diameter smaller than the base Gt350 with its 35 series. Smaller tires give a bit lower overall gear ratio which increases acceleration. Put lighter wheels and series 30 tires on the GT350 along...
  8. Window Sticker

I am buying another GT350 that of course is used and I don’t have the window sticker. Can I get one for this number? 1FA6P8JZ7J5500748
  9. GT350 Engine Refresh - Part 2

That is what comes stock on the GT350.
  10. Using your R models carbon fiber wheels for HPDE events

Stud replacement is not bad actually. I did it on my GT350 when going to longer ARP ones. A small bench press makes quick work of pressing them out of the hub and they make inexpensive tools to pull them in nice and square. No press back in.
  11. Hellion Street Sleeper twin turbo now available for GT350!

That or it comes off and bolt backs in. The turbos and pipes look close to the tray area. Hoping they chime in. Also curious about the filter positions.
  12. Hellion Street Sleeper twin turbo now available for GT350!

What about the belly pan tray on the car? Does the kit allow you to retain to full tray? It all factors into the aero and cooling of the car. All pics show it off.
  13. 2020 Shelby GT350 and GT350R Order Guide

I’m looking for dealers with 2020 GT350R allocations that I can order one how I want it. Possible? I have a 2017 GT350 that I love but I am tempted to jump into a 2020 model. Anyone have any info? I am good at sticker but no ADM. I won’t go there.
  14. Lund Tune questions (93 and e85)

Lund tune will adjust for the 91 vs 93. I already checked with them and they retain the factory adjustments for this.
  15. GT 2017 Shelby GT350 For Sale

2017 Shelby GT350 33k miles 44000.00 I am looking at selling my GT350. Something I told myself and my wife I wasn t going to do. It has been a great car and it runs great. No issues whatsoever in its 32k miles. We have owned it since December 2016. She is an early production 2017. Always kept...
  16. Lund Tune questions (93 and e85)

I average 14 mpg on flex tube from Lund and running E85 in the tank. I’m 19 range with 93. To the guy earlier, bigger injectors give you zero hp gain. They are only needed if your factory ones don’t have the headroom. The factory ones are fine with E85 and factory pump. Lund tune is good for...
  17. Lund Tune questions (93 and e85)

I don’t have to check fuel when running flex fuel tune either. I check fuel to know when it’s good to go straight E85R tune which makes more power because they advance timing more due to having straight E85. I can put any blend of 93 and E85 in or just straight 93. No extra hardware is...
  18. Lund Tune questions (93 and e85)

I am running one from innovate motorsports. I mounted it inline. Where the factory flexible line connects to the factory hard line going to the injectors. I made up connections using Fragola fittings and fuel line. They make adapters to go from the OEM fuel line connection to AN style fittings...
  19. Lund Tune questions (93 and e85)

I actually just use the sensor for the accurate reading on the gauge. Lund still uses ford flexlogic in its flex tune. They calculate the ethanol percentage in the ECU and it’s not as accurate on the display. I see values 9-10 percentage points higher than actual. I need better accuracy before...
  20. Lund Tune questions (93 and e85)

I am running the flex tune and E85R tune as well. The flex tune doesn’t advance the timing as much as the straight E85 tune though. Once you get to 80 percent or better the E85R tune is the once to run for the best power. I use the flex tune just for transition from pump gas to E85 and when...
