My uncle, who was a diehard Mustang/Hot Rod guy, passed away this last week. His current Mustang was a 2017 GT350 w/ tech package. He previously owned an original 1966 GT350H and drove it for years. He also owned a 2010 GT, and a 2012 GT. Ford guy through and through. Its quite a shock that...
wow what a beautiful car! great work! Yes if I were to purchase the 95 Cobra, I would stick with the pushrod platform, stay true to it's model year on some level - although a Coyote swap would be amazing. Personally I think one of the reasons I am drawn to the old 5.0s is the pushrod sound...
Found a running, cheap 95 Cobra that needs a little work, including a new paintjob!
I want to build this car with my son, maybe over a couple of years strip it down to the shell, sand it, primer, dynomat, new or repainted interior panels with new fasteners, new carpet, electrical, led lights...
Ive always been a Ford guy but anymore my favorite cars are the Z07, Suburban and V3 CTS-V. Ford doesn't really offer anything I am interested in anymore except for the high performance Mustangs and their truck lineup is still awesome (F-150's, Super Duty, etc).
For me, PERSONALLY, the...
I think it's a good idea. Isn't the splitter pretty simple to replace?
Personally, Id just get a few R splitters and keep them in storage, and replace the R splitter every year or so.
disclaimer: I am out of the loop so I do not know if R splitters are easy, or cheap, to obtain
PERSONALLY I am hoping for a mild and wild version (like a GT500 'straight line' car like the ZL1, and a PP2 type version (like 1LE). Mostly because Im looking forward to seeing a non giant-fixed wing version of the new GT500. The GT350R's wing is barely passing in my opinion (just based on...
Yea, and guess what? NASCAR has more viewership then all of those series COMBINED. There is a reason NASCAR stays on top, and its because of the high speed sustained racing - which takes a special car body so that all cars are competitive.
Really? When did this news come out? I say this is GREAT news. I was kind of disappointed at the thought of another FPC motor (personally). I prefer the CPC sound over FPC
I think the car looks great my only complaint (personally) is that it is hard to tell that it is a real GT350R...first impression is that it is a GT350 that has been highly customized to look like an R.
PERSONALLY I think the completely stock R with the stock wheels is the best look. The...
Just curious what you guys think will happen to GT350 market after the GT500 is announced?
Assuming the GT350 has the tech or track, low mileage, mint condition, etc.
By the time the GT500 is debuted, nobody is going to care. In fact, within a few weeks, nobody is going to care about cars at all. S is about to HTF in ways that are beyond human comprehension

I say this is disappointing, it's no different than a 5.0 GT with a whipple strapped to it. Was really hoping for a larger displacement motor.
