Yeah, just disconnecting the positives other I can attach the power cable. With that lack of power, do I run the risk of messing the computer up? I know when autozone and places do battery swaps, they keep the car on a temporary power supply during the swap, wondering if newer cars need the same...

I want to install an amp and subs. I was an mobile installer back in the day but with these new cars, I'm concerned about disconnecting the positive terminal of the battery (might have to to connect the power cable cleanly) with all the electronics in this car. Does anyone know of any issues...
