FYI - The rattles and other noises I hear inside my 2023 are worse now with the snow and cold weather. I stopped driving with the radio off:) Once my car warms up, most of the noises disappear.

If you really want to torture yourself, go to an enclosed parking garage. Then, pull in and out of parking spots next to other vehicles with the windows down and music off. You will hear all sorts of squeaks, rattles, clunks, etc.:))))))

I've owned a 2020 and a 2023, and neither exhibited that behavior. You could be low in transmission fluid or it could be the valve body going.

I just had my driver's side strut replaced after an accident with a deer. I believe it calls for the two lower bolts, nut and top nut to be replaced. See link: https://ford.oempartsonline.com/oem-parts/ford-strut-fr3z18124ae

When mine would happen, it would be random, but if I had to pin it down, it happened on long rides. As soon as I saw the idle fluctuate, I hit the Max AC button and it stopped it.

Another method people tried that seemed to work was changing the oil. See the last thread I recommended. Hope this helps!

If the car was wet when you stored it, then more than likely, the brake pads may have seized themselves dry onto the rotors. The pop you heard was the brake pads breaking free when the car was put in reverse. Happens to mine after washing it or if it rained.
