I sold my 16 GT350 track pack at close to 14k miles in summer of 2019, no issues at all... Had no oil consumptions issues either (it was also tracked).
My current 16 GT350R is at 6700 miles now, and runs really really well. When I got it I realized the engine even sounded like my previous track...

I don't understand why you would track the car without the original carbon fiber wheels... It changes the handling.... As soon as you change the wheels, for some reason, it is no longer the same car. For street, I do understand to run different wheels.. why risk curbing the carbon ones...
I...
I can only say that I did test drive the Camaro zl1 before I bought my first GT350 in 2016, and I kind of liked it. But then I hopped in the GT350, and fell in love within the first mile.
Needless to say, I sold my GT350 to buy a GT350R, that's how much I enjoyed it... I love the R to bits...
I owned a GT350 Track pack before, now I have a GT350R. I rented plenty of 2017- 2019 manual GT's during my (before covid) travels when I could get one. It's night and day. Sorry. Transmission, suspension, steering response, engine, everything is different.
I would never buy a Ford if it...
Man... that's why I never ever trust anyone with my car.... I just replaced tires on my M3 and the guys doing the job (which did my GT350 wheels before , not the R, the track pack; and they did a flawless job back then) absolutely destroyed my M3 rims... chunks of aluminum ripped off the side...
So what is the point of having a GT350R with cup 2's in Canada... Take it out on that Thursday when it's summer ? Polish it and admire it all year long in your heated garage ?:)

It is soo good, it also has the "regenerate" function, which will pretty much try to recondition your batter once it was down on power, if...
Why go that wide? You will only increase weight, and change handling up front...
For the OP question, I also run 305 square on my R for street driving, and I am using my CF wheels on track with SC2's.
My tire choice was Cooper Zeon all seasons, as mine gets stored in unheated garage. And I...
I am in Newton... I found the most satisfactory drives to be on the track ... I just did Palmer on Monday :) :
For street wheels ( I track my carbon wheels with SC2's ) I have the Signature SV501's; see an album here:

On my 16 track pack I also installed Project 6GR wheels, and I was pretty happy with them... but I think 305 / 325 is too wide... Also the red does not match the grey, I would have left the Ford center caps... (EDIT: I forgot I had some Snake caps stickers bought on Ebay in fact) here is my...
