Shipment I checked with my dealership and as of Friday afternoon my car was sitting on a rail car in New Boston, MI waiting to begin its journey south. My EDD is still showing 05/30 and the dealership said that it could be +/- 7 to 10 days from the EDD. Based on that info it could...

In Transit! Moved on to "In Transit". And the EDD moved back to 5/30. Not that it matters. The 31st is a Sunday so I won't get to take possession until Monday anyway! I'll check with the dealership tomorrow and see if I can get delivery info. :cheers:

Still Waiting Since that unfortunate tease on April 29th of an early delivery, I'm still listed as "In Production". My build week/build date was yesterday, May 11 but COTUS has not shown any activity since I went into production. :headbonk: Maybe some good news will arrive tomorrow!

Now In Production Today's update says "In Production" with the Window Sticker link. However, the link so far does not work. No EDD either. :shrug: We will see!

In Production! Just checked COTUS and it shows my car has now moved into the IN PRODUCTION window. :clap2: It also has the window sticker link but I can't get it to pull up. Maybe it will show up later today. Hope this time it's accurate info. ;) I'll keep you posted if it changes again.

EDD is gone Yeah, mine is gone too!:( Looking back at threads dealing with COTUS, people have spoken about dates changing, orders disappearing, no progress, ect. It may be different after Thursday. Who knows.:shrug:

Just checked mine and it shows an EDD of May 25, with 26 days to delivery to the Charlotte, NC area! The math doesn't work but who's counting. That's 3 weeks sooner than I had expected. Better get on with buying all my add-ons and detailing products!

I've never used a car cover before. I have to use an outside parking lot at work and I've seen covers that inflate and move around on cars when the wind is blowing. Is there any concern that the cover will scratch the car's finish?

Does the 3 stage make it more or less susceptible to scratching? Or is there no difference between the two paint jobs?
