I have done that before and found the sump bolts to be ok . Never more than a slit movement of the bolt. I also recently checked my rocket cover Bolt's and found some of them very loose, wasn't leaking though

Yeah check the hub nut is tight but it did sound like the thrust washer clicking. Maybe???

Sounds like you would have checked this but after the first service I had done at a dealer. I had, what looked like a oil leak which turned out to be the filter. It hadn't been done up tight enough.

I reckon if you pump the fluid out before dropping the pan it shouldn't be to messy even. I've reused the rubber gasket a couple of times with no problem, has anyone else done that.

My guess is they're looking at saving money on fixed price servicing. Saying, you don't have to do anything to the transmission For a million miles or whatever. By the time you do get it serviced it's out of warranty, so if it is stuffed they don't care.

Yeah, I've got a 2018 I changed the trans fluid every 50k klm. I'm not sure if that helps that much but I also don't drive it very hard.

I got it hot and got fluid to the right level in the A on dip stick then checked it cold and it was low in the B on dipstick so if you check it cold when filling set level in the B no more than half way up and it will be right. Fluid rises about 15 mm on dipstick when hot.

It might be easier to get a cow. I've never seen a cow in the back of a Mustang though, I have seen someone put 3 goats on the backseat of there Mustang. You can milk a goat. I just have a Labrador in the back seat of my Mustang. No milk there.

Those seats look really good. I do like the heating and cooling in the OEM seats though.

I didn't have a very good experience with my Ford dealer. I only went there once. My car was using a lot of oil, they couldn't even tell me what oil they used. I changed to Penrite 5w40 and not had a problem since. Seems Dealers are the same world wide.

Yeah no worries, just wondering. I use Penrite 5w40 which fixed oil consumption issues and some of the tick I had. I've read about some different ideas people have about oil. So you had me wondering. Lol

I'm wondering if you have a catch can on both sides of the engine. I have 2, the right side catches a lot more than the left but I still get a little oil in the left one. Not sure if that would help you.
