Heat the pulley up where the shaft passed through it and grab it with gloves to slide it off. Put a ratchet on the bolt then push tension on it and smack it with a mallet to break if free.
So you will see KR which shows advance or retard. A happy knock sensor (good fuel or sensitivity turned down) will show -6 to -12 part throttle and -2 to -8 WOT (sometimes more depending on how they lean on the KS activity). Anything -1 or more is good. a 0 or + .anything I personally do not...
I would never ever put 87 in a car tuned for 93 even as an experiment to test any parameters especially not a boosted car...what if you pull out and someone flies up and you have to go WOT? Just be careful.
You need to talk to Lund. He is your tuner. He will tell you why your parameters are...
I would take Tyler's car over anything else. It is FULLY loaded and ridiculously clean. The car is fast too. It has everything you need to get started. Just swap the MT82 out and throw some half shafts and you have a 9 second stick shift car...
Why the hell would you run a BOOSTED and HIGH COMPRESSION 6K motor on 87 octane to see if you can make it ping...wow...
this is why Lund makes tunes safer for people that do this kind of stuff...
Meh it isn't very restrictive. I gained 1-1.5PSI with the JLT over the stock CAI. I would keep the stock CAI since the JLT will bang against the hood because of backwash (I fabbed up a mount to keep it secured to the heatshield. I would run stock CAI and run open blower for "Mejico"
