I'm doing the Sync 3 upgrade soon and I'm wondering that since I'll have the dash opened up, is there any real benefit to replacing the center speaker?

I'm looking to replace the rear speakers and I'm wondering if it's really necessary to completely remove the side panels to get the rear deck panel out. I appreciate any info or help on this.

Just a very quick question: Can the OEM tweeters be removed without removing the A pillar trim panel?
