Nope, not interested in the S197 chassis. Drove a few didn't like it. If I was going for manual only, I'd have an S550 GT350 over an S197 GT500 any day.

M2 is definitely a consideration, but they are being priced to the point where I'd rather get an F80 M3. The deals are better.

Nope the tune had nothing to do it. But it was on the car when the battery discharged. The shifting issues became severe after that incident.

Interesting thread. My EB has only a Cobb OTS 93 MAP. The car's battery completely discharged about 2 weeks ago while the cobb tune was on the car. Now the car's transmission/shift logic is very weird. 1-2 shifts are way too harsh. Car has random RPM flutters when partial throttle in 6th gear...

I am having this issue with both my Iphone 5S and Note 3 on my base stereo. Bluetooth turns off all the time. It prompts me to turn it on, I turn it on, and then it shuts down. What is the battery fix? I assume just disconnect the negative battery terminal? Thanks.

Every single car I've owned - you go to the forum and a complete shitshow of people being worried due to issues that would render the car dead (and the MFG wouldn't comply in many cases). Just ignore, drive in a moderate fashion and keep the car in good health. It should be okay.

Always go with what you want, if you feel like you'll be unsatisfied, don't get an EB. However, besides on the internet, the EB is a good motor and makes the car fun to drive. I would skip out on the 07-08 that's for sure. Besides having to deal with a much older chassis, powertrain, interior...
