Sorry guys been super busy but I do have an update.
The metal silicone worked on one of the mufflers but I must have missed some on the other side because it still rattles. You can feel some movement in the tips when you apply a little pressure so no surprise.
I did contact Borla and sent...
Here are some pics....
Had to tape off one of the screws so I could go at it a little harder with the tiny allen head to get it off. Had one that I had to dremel a slot into for a flat head as well. You can see how part of the finish is whitening.
Here you can see where it looks like they...
Currently running Borla Ataks with carbon fiber tips. I have noticed some wear between the tips on both mufflers. It’s weird because the tips are not touching and physically can’t because of the gap between them. I also noticed some whitening/fading of the clear coat and some of the hardware...
Forgot about this thread. I bought the Roush pockets but returned them bc I didn't want to drill. I also went all gloss in the front and didn't want to have to paint the pockets. I still really like how the Roush pockets look and will eventually get some again and paint them gloss black...
5500 miles on mine now. Still loving the A10.
Not sure if this has been posted but you can quickly stab the throttle and it will downshift to the right gear to put you in the powerband (~6k rpms). It's nice when cruising in D and you want to pass someone. I haven't used it much in S mode bc...
Hahaha. Honestly, the black roof is what pushed me to the TruFiber spoiler. Between the gloss black RTR hood vents and black roof, it didn't look right with the silver PP spoiler. I'm also not a fan of the PP spoiler when it's black instead of matching body color. Not sure why but it just...
Finished up with a TruFiber spoiler. Just need some fog light tint eventually and I’ll be finished with the exterior. Almost 5k miles and loving every minute of it!
I usually only use the paddles when I'm about to rip through a few gears getting on the freeway. If I'm using the paddles from a stop, I use second gear. First gear is short and I don't like having to shift immediately, sounds like I'm racing the minivan next to me lol. I rarely use the paddles...
You can't "forge a deal" with people in Congress that are so opposed to you that they would argue 2+2=5 if you said it was 4, even though they know you are right. Besides, the majority of tax-paying Americans don't trust the government to take more of our money in order to provide "free" medical...
A big part of the problem is the majority of the "working poor" will not help themselves. How many of these people have multiple children and continue to reproduce while already struggling to survive and living off the government? I'll give you a hint, it's a lot. I see it every week at the...
Even more alarming that you aren't trolling. You are comparing a shake thrown at the outside of a truck vs hitting a person with a cup full of coffee in a convertible. Apples to oranges.
And that's how a-holes like this guy get away with it and do it to someone else again. Might as well let petty shoplifters and people that graffiti on others property off the hook too. This could have turned into a wreck very easily depending on how hot the coffee and had it gotten all over the...
This dude is the sync 3 guru and makes a harness for conversions. I bet they can help with info and the part(s) you need to do it. I believe he's on this site as well in the big sync 3 swap thread.
