Just a random piece of advice - bring your own lunch. After the past two years of crappy food (strir fry noodles, then a burger), I've drawn the line. PB&J sandwich, chips and a can of soda from the cooler will be my go to.
I finally got around to doing the installation yesterday after gathering of all the parts. So far I have not re-programmed with the FORscan tool. I used Hextall's custom harness, a screen/APIM from a '17 Escape.
My issues are:
-steering wheel controls for audio does not work
-time does not...
Won't work. The Roush flares out towards the bottom. Anyhow its still easy to add the Roush valence to base bumper. Need to glue in plastic strips so the side pieces can bolt to.
Have you paid attention to other older Mazdas on the roads? They hardly exist out there. Maybe 5-8 year olds I see the most of. Dude getting into an Accord did the right move - those cars are solid reliable vehicles that'll go for 20+ years if maintained right.
The most obvious things on the S550:
-Trunk/hood/door gaps on the body.
-Paint drips on the edges of trunk/hood.
-Leaking oil pan gasket
-Driveshaft vibrations around 40-60mph
Anyone else pay $775,000 for the newly released S550 in Grand Theft Auto 5? Game is addicting and the addition of this car will make game play time even worse :) Built it to my specs with color, wheels, rear spoiler. The open hood option was pretty sweet, so had to add that one as well as...
Most people just don't get it - don't even pay attention to them. But I see your point of the office gossip going on now that you got a blue Mustang vs the white one.
This is what I hear in the office:
"Why are you taking a new car apart?"
"Just enjoy it of how Ford made it."
"Why do you...
Any spouse/fiance that urges the other to get rid of their vehicle that makes them happy isn't worth being with.
That said, sounds like Kona blue is the closest match to the DIB which can only be had on used models now that its out of production. Good luck in your search...
The mod bug bit yet again. Didn't have plans to go this far into custom parts - but its my hobby. The MGW shifter is by far my favorite and most function mod though. Most of the other tidbits is for sound/looks. The stock drivetrain I'm fine with leaving as is - it'll just get me into...
Had someone on a Mustang FB group ask if I was interested in swapping trunk panels with. His trunk had the factory blade wing and he was looking for a blank trunk so he could get the Roush rear spoiler. So after a few texts and picture exchanges that our trunks were in excellent shape, we made...
