  1. Updated Job 2 order guide.

The reason the new VC-13-G YELLOW Motorcraft antifreeze has a greenish tint is because of the florescent dye they use in it. It only takes on this greenish tint when viewed in large quantity like the coolant reservoir tank. If you were to put some on a white piece of paper, it would be yellow.
  2. Updated Job 2 order guide.

My car is a Job 2. Built February 28th. I can tell you what my Recaro seats are like but I have no idea what the Job 1 Recaro seats are like. I am not sure what the question is with the seat differences.
  3. Signature Wheel’s GT500 Adventures

T, do these have a similar concave to the SV902's? Do the rear's of these SV703's have a similar offset to my rear's?
  4. Updated Job 2 order guide.

With the shark fin type, the GPS antenna is inside along with everything else. The dome type, there is a separate GPS antenna under the dash close to the windshield.
  5. Updated Job 2 order guide.

Correct. They are not interchangeable because the dome type does not have enough room inside for the satellite radio circuit board, GPS antenna and radio antenna.
  6. What is this hole above backseats?

Yes the front and rear ANC mics are on both the base and tech package audio systems. Now that I looked closer at your photo, looks like you are missing that mic completely. It installs from the inside of the headliner and snaps onto the hole. It has a male connector a couple of inches long. You...
  7. What is this hole above backseats?

Just saw this thread. That is the rear ANC (automatic noise cancelling) microphone. The front ANC microphone is in the overhead console and is the little round hole on the left side of the console.
  8. A detailed look at the bottom-side undercarriage of the 2020 GT500 (video)

Yes it does otherwise I would not have gotten it.
  9. A detailed look at the bottom-side undercarriage of the 2020 GT500 (video)

I use to get the Helm DVD's back in the day and they were quite expensive. It looks like the Ford Service Manual to me. I have them for my trucks and cars since 2006. I can post some pages of a particular repair if you want to see what it looks like.
  10. A detailed look at the bottom-side undercarriage of the 2020 GT500 (video)

Hey Tim, great video as are all your others. We really get to learn some new things with our cars. You stated in your video there is no factory repair manual for the GT500 but I bought one a few months ago. It is for the 2020 Mustang and has all the specifics for repairing the GT500 also...
  11. Any minor issues with your new GT500?

It has been over a month and 500 miles and the tailpipes have not moved so I think I am ok. I was under the car last week and checked the clamps and tightened them up a bit more. I would still feel better if I had a muffler shop put a couple of tack welds close to the clamps so I know it won't...
  12. 1st Mods on 2020 GT500

Thanks but the way I look at it is, it's my car. I want it the way I want it. The part number for the Insulator Panel is: FR3Z-6301670-AA As far as the performance stuff, the first couple of days I had the car, I replaced the front springs with the CFTP springs and same with the rear sway...
  13. 1st Mods on 2020 GT500

Another item Ford left out is this sound insulated panel under the dash on the passenger side. It does not weigh anything and keeps the noise down from the fan motor.
  14. 1st Mods on 2020 GT500

Continuing on a few other mods this week, I plan on adding some of the options that are standard on a GT Premium which Ford left off the GT500. So with that said, I replaced the cup holder with the illuminated cup holder. Fits right in the console no issue. There are 4 wires for illumination...
  15. 1st Mods on 2020 GT500

KB, I have an extra set of the red domed letters if you want them. You may not have noticed on my engine bay photo, but I had them thinly outlined in black. The reason was, I did not want the letters to have hard edges and look like they were just stuck on. It blends in more with the black...
  16. Subwoofer replacement options

One of the first things I did after the car came home was disconnect the front speaker. Did the same thing on the RS but it also had one of those engine sound synthesizers thingy too. I disconnect the center speaker because it messes up the imaging (what little there is in the car) and gives...
  17. 1st Mods on 2020 GT500

Have done quite a few mods to the car this last week but only have time to post one right now. I have had several PM's about the front camera on my car and thought I would post some photos. I was delaying this because at the same time was testing a Tesla style radio and trying to get some of...
  18. Subwoofer replacement options

Oh, and KB, there is plenty of room in the trunk area for an amp even if you add a spare tire. You can easily mount the amp under the package tray between the two speakers or even behind the Stealthbox there is room if you want to hide it. You can also mount it on the opposite side of the...
  19. Subwoofer replacement options

JL has several 500 watt mono subwoofer amps. This is their low end model: https://www.jlaudio.com/collections/car-audio-amplifiers-jd/products/jd500-1-car-audio-amplifiers-98362. The next one is a step up and the one I got...
  20. Subwoofer replacement options

I was going to post this on the mod's thread but I can do it here. I installed the JLAudio Sub that Bulldogs22 posted above. Along with one of their 500 watt mono amps. Added their remote volume control and I have great sounding bass now. I have used this particular woofer in a different...
