True about Carfax, my 2010 aside from the odo red-flag, had no reported accidents. When I took it to detail a couple of months later, the front bumper part close to the grill had some orange peel finish. It was nothing major thankfully. About my Carfax case, the dealer that messed-up told me...

It's not that. It's the fact that Carfax shows a red flag regarding odometer rollback.

Both dealers told me that the reason for the low trade-in price was that there was a record on Carfax regarding mileage rollback. My car is 2010 GT premium with track pack. No heated seats. Current mileage is 69,400. Zip Code 92103. Car is in very good condition.

The KBB value for trade-in is $14K more or less. Two dealers offered me $9500 and they were going to send the car to auction.
