I have it in my 2019 with 31k miles. You are lucky it is not as loud as mine. Really loud when driving up until 180 degrees when it quiets down and no rattle under heavy load or higher RPM. Just Ford things I guess. I like to drive the car hard and it has not had issues so far.

Oh okay, good to know. Definitely do not want to risk 30k on a new engine.

Can you buy the ESP after it has expired? I thought it had to be purchased while the ESP was active. I am running out of my powertrain warranty next year and need to buy an extended warranty soon as well.

Here is a video of a similar noise on mine for reference. Everyone here told me it sounds fine, but to me it sounds like what you have, just not as loud. I do have the annoying 2k RPM rattle some other owners experience, are you having this in your car too?

Just uploaded another video which is hard to hear but I put the phone to my ear and heard it. Maybe some owners aren't bothered by this rattle but I don't know if it's my acute hearing or the fact I come from a Subaru platform, it's unnerving.

Took this video yesterday. Hard to hear but if you max out the volume the rattle is best heard at the beginning. The car was 100% warmed up here too.

From what I've seen it's fairly common in 5.0 but haven't seen as many posts about it on the 5.2 though. Once the car is warm it's very hard to hear though. Good to know it hasn't done any damage to your motors.

My 2019 GT350 has started to have a rattle between 2k - 2.5k RPM. From what I've read on previous posts, some other owners seem to have it. I believe Ford even has a TSB for it, calling it "normal". Have any owners heard this rattle and had serious engine problems?

Update: For anyone in the future with similar problems, the car is fixed. Start the car normally in neutral and let it warm up. Make sure you have enough room ahead of you for the next step. Turn the car off and then start it back up in 1st gear and since the clutch is rusted to flywheel...

I have heard that the rust may have gotten to the clutch which is the common consensus. Heard from some Mustang buddies that I could try to start the car in gear and let the clutch out slowly while giving it gas or letting it stall. Maybe that'll loosen it up. And I checked the kick panels and...
