You could machine 1/2" off the TB side of the intake and add more to the receiver groove, so it's in the same location without the spacer. Then once the spacer is removed just get a new longer silicone coupler.
I bet you'll be ok. If the pump broke, I find it hard to believe metal pieces could be pumped through since it quit pumping.

I purchased the black bushings from someone who didn't use them, and plan on piecing the rest of the bolts and inserts to finish the kit.

Went to pick mine up from the dealership last night and the left rear lower quarter was pushed in and it buckled the rear panel. Suffice to say, I didn't pick mine up and they have to reorder me a new one. Hopefully, they will give me a better order number than 10 to speed up the manufacturing...
