  1. 2018 GT350 price

Def look at the 19's, as there are some pretty distinct upgrades for the 19 models. I know they're more expensive, but not much, and it may be worth it. Are you the type that's gonna wish you had the things the 19 has a few months after you buy the 18? If not, get that 18 now, before someone...
  2. Car&Driver: 2019 GT350 vs. 2020 Supra

Exactly. This is the part that got me. Came back to post this, see you already did. Do they not know how to drive this car? If they did, I’m sure the Shelby would win by more than just a nose. Pick a line, blip her down into first, listen to that oh so sweet pop and crackle as she engine...
  3. Official GT350/R Mustang Owners Registry

With help from you and dp, I finally got em on! Not sure if it’s just me, but they look a little wonky unless you’re looking at them straight on, bc of how the splitter is angled. Now to see how long they last once I take the power washer to the car! Thanks for your help!
  4. Official GT350/R Mustang Owners Registry

Def light sensitive, and its awesome! Same on not being sure I was gonna like it until I actually saw it....now I like it in many different shades, depending on where its sitting.
  5. Official GT350/R Mustang Owners Registry

Paint looks excellent!! Of course, Performance Blue with white stripes adds +27hp so, hard to go wrong there...:like: (...and MAGA!)
  6. 2019 GT350 Lowering Springs

Thanks man! Its a relatively cheap mod (with performance advantages), and I havent scraped the front splitter after 900 miles, but I'm still on the fence about going that low on something I want to drive on the street a lot.
  7. 2019 GT350 Lowering Springs

^^ That looks HOT!! Do the 2019's already have "lowering" springs, or would these lower it 3/4"? I've heard conflicting information. Thanks!
  8. Official GT350/R Mustang Owners Registry

Thanks buddy! I really appreciate that. Did you use the 3M sealant stuff? Not sure if thats overkill, but seems like it. I'll get mine done this weekend, then update pictures.
  9. Official GT350/R Mustang Owners Registry

Get some pics up man! Also, how do you install those vinyl stickers? I feel like a moron...I cannot figure out how they work! I need to install the front letters and the steering wheel stripe, but its just sitting because I cant figure it out. :cwl: Do you know of a good video? I looked...

Love it! Wished I had those wheels......:like:
  11. Advice/opinions = GT 350 VS. GT 350R

This. Go check out a 19 GT350 with all the options. Having driven a 17 and a 19, I think the 19 is loads better. It still has the heated cooled seats, has the PSC2's, has better suspension and braking, etc. And, its not 75 thousand dollars. Just something I would encourage you to look into...
  12. Official GT350/R Mustang Owners Registry

Good lookin' ride. And great sounding too! Almost over 1000 miles myself, and looking forward to really ringing her out!!
  13. Opinion/Advice

I negotiate for a living, and believe there is ALWAYS room for negotiation. If the dealer believes you will actually cancel your order (I assume there is no fee to do so) and go buy one on a lot somewhere you’ve found, it’s likely worth more to them to lose a little on the deal versus having to...
  14. Ceramic coating - Full process

The car looks great man. I have the same color scheme, so I hope mine comes out at least nearly as nice as yours. Sounds like you got the full monte. I plan to get 1 stage paint correction (they said I dont need a lot bc the car is new), a decent amout of PPF, and ceramic coat on the big bits...
  15. GT350's W/Tint, Please Post Some Pics

Do the pre-19's come with stock tint? Are you guys going darker than that? Just covering over the stock tint, or removing it somehow? Mine came lightly tinted, with the following wording on the windows:
  16. Muscle Mustangs & Fast Fords (MMFF, issue Oct., 2019)

I got caught in the rain the other day, and the car handled just fine. Now, I wouldn’t recommend driving spirited in the rain, but running around town was fine. Honestly, cleaning the car after that was the worst part.
  17. Long Term Reliability

For sure...and gen x’ers got their share of flak from the baby boomers, etc. they said we didn’t care about anything, conformed by refusing to conform, etc. We just went through our issues before cell phones and the internet, so it wasn’t all recorded or “viral.” :)
  18. Long Term Reliability

Your windshield wipers didn’t work?? Terrible. Worse, they won’t let you test drive these things before you buy it, so you can’t look for problems. My airbag light went off 5 mins from the dealership. Couldn’t get an appt with service for two weeks. They told me not to drive it bc the...
  19. Long Term Reliability

I’m 42, so right at the end of the gen x/start of millennial era. I have lots of friends/family in each camp. But honestly, I was just making a joke...hopefully it was taken as such!! Anyway, back to reliability...I can’t say for sure, since I only have 750 miles on it. But, it does appear...
  20. Long Term Reliability

I've got to remember that my generation is getting older and more outnumbered by the day!! :cwl:
