Had a few Schwinns....chain fell off once....so bought a GT350 and so far no chain problems. So that proves a GT350 is better than a Schwinn. :wink:

Wonder if the ones with CFTP and painted stripes are any cleaner since they go through Penske.

Oh you can get them off but do not overuse the 3M tape as it will just make it harder to get them off. BTW, I use the 3M VHB. Bought a big role and use it as needed on lot of things. You can remove VHB tape using WD-40 or Goo Gone and elbow grease.

I found leftover new set for my '19, but have used red 3M tape on other things and better than OEM. With tape and clips, they are not falling off. :like:

As mentioned, I did not like the way the cap did not line up at full lock. So bought an extra OEM cap, sanded it up a bit, gave it two coats of adhesion promoter, then hit it with Rustolem Truck Bed Liner to match the rough texture of the tank. Also had to shorten the hose connected to front...

Sorry to hear. Good luck fixing. I have had a few less than perfect things.....but either fixed them myself or told myself it wasn't a Porsche and moved on. And when I drive it I seem to forget about the minor things.

Same issue. Found once detailed and coated. I just bought the FP panel (which is perfect and came extremely well packaged) and will use it if cracks gets worse. I know I could have gone and dealt with dealer, but just not worth it for me.

I like the lift, but the engineer in me would make me constantly wonder if my concrete would hold since I did not see it poured.
