Happens to me quite often. I'm sure someone will chime in with a real answer, but it usually happens when I'm in a hurry and don't have the break fully depressed when I start it up. Or, you can shut off the "easy access" feature.

There are things to look for with that much time on the lot. Some fear flat spots on the tires. I think most dealers move their stock around enough, but always a concern. I would have it inspected by a reputable third party. It's more about your comfort level.
I haven't gone through a summer my current mustang. However, I owed a 2010 with black leather and I can't say I ever complained about it. I will get a little toasty but passes quickly. There weren't cooled seats in my previous car, so that will help in the '15.

I went into my Mustang search looking to replace my black 2010 with a black 2015. I ended up deciding on yellow. The price and features were excellent so I "compromised" on the color. I wasn't opposed to yellow be any means, and it has continued to grow on me. I also never lose it in a parking lot.
