    Adding the timing down low will take away the surge at throttle tip in. It's still there a bit on gas, but with ethanol it's all but removed.

    I removed the battery and the section of the tray that is removable to get those.

    The bucking is common at throttle tip in(both stock and certain tuned variances) . Add the straight e85 tune and the bucking should remove itself with the additional timing added down low.

    I have 6 inch resonators off the collectors, but plan on adding 9 inch Vibrants this month. Great rumble at start up and idle, has some slight rasp, but trying to eliminate that with the 9 inch Vibrants. The 6 inch resonators came with the headers and aren't the greatest of dampening.
  11. Socket for Gorilla Lug Nuts

    If you tighten by hand tools and use a 6 point socket, that will help extend the life of the black finish. I bought Gorilla where each lug nut was a locking one. Only the splined portion gets used when tightening.

    The picture above is not my car, but as of 20 minutes ago my car has BMR drag springs front and rear and looks identical. The 28x6x18's fronts and 305 rears will be on tomorrow. As far as how safe these wheels are, I'd just ask how fast have the race stars been? The construction is very similar...

    Quality is very nice for a cast wheel. Conical style lug nuts. I’m very satisfied with these and all my previous cars had M/T or Weld forged wheels.

    check out VMS racing. They have a full set of 17x10's and 18x5's for 826 shipped. They are listed at 960.00 or so on their site. If you contact them they will give you 15% off. They are of cast construction and have similar weights at race stars.

    10k on e85 and no issues with o2 on my headers.
