I wouldn't worry about the quality. All of the welds look great with proper penetration and weld fillets. It's probably the best value power for power that's out there. I've known several people who had the 11-14 kits and they had great success with them.
Just keeping the car kind of stock and putting together another car for designated drag racing. For the price, I was very impressed with the quality of welds on this kit.

You can get the 2017 black accent wheels from Ford in a 19x9.5". But it's silver and would need to be powder coated black and came on the 2015 Limited Edition Mustang. I pondered getting the rears for a while, but decided factory wheels are too heavy for what I like to do.
I was in a pinch and used a nestle water bottle. As long as the container is consistent from top to bottom and you know where the it "should" read, than you should be fine. Even if its low, a few octane loss will not hurt a thing.

I have the OBX/maximize brand. I had the same issue with mine and welded 2.5 inches of 3 inch pipe to the end of the connecting pipes. The headers are probably direct connect with the factory exhaust.
