No other oil consumption that I have noticed. This is an Automatic trans running on a 93 octane race tune from Bama. Great. That's a red flag for me.

I purchased and installed a JLT oil separator (Passenger side) back in mid July 2017 and finally checked it on Sunday to find that it was almost full! Is this normal? I drove around 3000 miles in that span give or take some and just did my first oil charge last week. This is on a 2017 Mustang GT.

I went to advanced auto parts and the CEL turned out to be "(Bank 2, System too lean)" which I briefly looked up and means too much oxygen in the exhaust. The light turned off after he reset it but came back on about an hour later. Any idea what it could be and how I can fix it? A tune is not...

Just in case anyone runs into the same issue with this CAI, these are the caps I purchased at Napa. They go on just right along with a small clamp to to keep it on tight.

Thank you all, really. Like I said, I'm not mechanic savy in any way but I couldn't afford getting it done at the shop so I went for it and was really worried I had messed something up. Especially when you are dealing with air going into the engine.

Your curveball hit the strike zone dead center. Didn't even think of checking the old CAÍ for ports. :doh: My kit didn't come with a cap to block off the extra valve so I had to drive a bit with the valve open. Could that have caused it? I capped it off this afternoon but the CEL is still on...
