Ride quality is subjective, and the only way for you to know is to drive one. Neither the K-brace nor the tower brace will have any quantifiable impact on ride quality. Stiffer springs, bushings, and/or higher damping rates will.

Seats for convertible models generally have a reduced maximum recline angle so they can't rest on the back seat when fully reclined. That was definitely the case with the '86 Mustang GTs because I owned one (the hatchback) and also sat in convertibles.

I wish they'd limit the wheel diameter to the minimum that's required to clear the calipers. 18" would do it for the standard GT and EB performance pack. Smaller wheels are lighter (less unsprung weight and inertia). And tires for smaller diameter wheels are generally less expensive.

Thanks I haven't owned a Mustang since my then new '86 GT and '88 5.0 LX notch. I'm giving serious thought to a '15/'16 Ecoboost/performance package/Recaro seat Mustang. Ford seems to have done a great job with the new Mustangs... I'm betting the Ecoboost performance pack will turn a 13.6...
