Yea not sure. First harness I have had and it is so nice not to have to hold on to the wheel to keep you in your seat. The harness along with the recaros reduce fatigue greatly.
There is no comparison to F1. Anyone who disagrees needs to do a google search on the technology, it is mind boggling.
I just wish they would bring back the 21000 RPM V-10s but they are too old school
Be prepared to open your wallet. I got hooked on racing years ago karting, then drag racing followed by autocross. Now I'm into HPDE when I can. Very addictive, incredibly fun and you will constantly try to get better and quicker, this is where the wallet comes in.
Someone mentioned taking...
In looking at the photos of the kit on your website there seems to be 2 different types. One has a socket head capscrew passing through the aluminum housing to what I assume is a locknut. I don't have that. Just looked at instructions and I must have had an early kit, I didn't have the...
I installed the BK049 kit. Any issues I should look for? I have not felt anything out of the ordinary, but if you think I should look it over I will once I pull the car out of Winter storage.
Similar issue here with similar set up, but I have a McLeod Aluminum flywheel. My symptoms are similar, but not as bad. I beat the shit out of the new clutch (after breaking it in) on a road course and that is when shit started to happen.
I am curious what you find. My car is in storage...
I will weigh in on this. I took my bone stock GT PP on a high speed run North of Vegas last year. I hit 155 mph and the car was starting to feel unstable and backed out of it. Mind you, there was a fairly strong crosswind.
I now have a front splitter and the 350 track pack spoiler and have run...
Nice work guys. I agree closer to the center of the car should be a higher pressure, especially if using a splitter, to get more air to the brakes. I had no issues with heat after a total of 3.25 hours in one day on track. I can't say the same for the factory tires, they were obliterated.
