Just had the car on a lift to repair a TSB and noticed that my front driver's lower ball joint was completely shot. Only have 16,000 miles on her. Anyone else have any issues or did I just hit a huge pothole or something and not notice it?

Think of it this way. If it's the original motor then it hasn't broke. And everyone talks trash of the 2016 tech packs but what's the rarer version of GT350's? 2016 tech packs, only year without the cooler's makes it unique in my book

I agree it is possibly bad parts. I am only interested to hear from owners about their engine builder (s) and how their consumption is to compare. Let me emphasize I'm not blaming builders and/or parts. I'm just curious

My 2016 has Deitch and Patterson it looks like. I have almost 16000 miles and runs great. Normal engine oil consumption, maybe 1/2 quart every couple thousand miles

Has anyone posted the engines builders for their VooDoo for the various years? I'd be curious to correspond the builders names to oil consumption or engine issues

Power stop Z26 are perfect for the street. Very low dust. Can go a week or two between wheel washing and get almost the same stopping power. Rotors on the other hand are my issue. I just noticed the second bolt on bottom of driver's side valve cover was completely backed out the other day. Had to re-tighten it all the way and snug some other ones. Haven't noticed any leaks but it was worrisome.

Look for a local alloy wheel repair person. I found a guy in my area (Western New York). He polished the curb rash I inherited when I bought the car and then touched it up with something. Couldn't tell it was ever damaged. Only charged me like a $100 or something for the one wheel

Z26 pads are a perfect investment for street driving. I swapped mine because of the brake dust alone. Now I can go almost a week without noticing too much. Way better and not too expensive actually
