Fyi - even tho it's a tiny lip, it's bolted on. So a delete after the fact is problematic.

To me it looks like crap in person. It ruins the gorgeous lines of the sheet metal, that allready has a mild duck tail lip on it. And, it acts like a dam for water. All the lip equipped cars i've seen had water stains on the decklid. Just something to consider :)

The 355 gears will be like 200 bucks to buy and probably less than that to put in, so no big deal if you don't find a car with them in already.
